![]() ![]() ![]() Just piping in with a solution to this for my fellow fuji users who might be selling or buying a camera body: I found a lightroom plugin that works specifically with fujifilm metadata, and one of its functions is to pull out a camera's current shutter count from an image. Basically those folder numbers have no relationship with the shutter count. I ended up calling Fujifilm Support and they told me the same thing. That web site has problems in getting an accurate count but it should be close enough on a new(ish) camera. There is not necessarily any relationship between the file number/ folder name and the counter in the metadata. Does that mean I got an "open box" camera with 50K actuations? There's no way the shutter count was at zero before I used it because the image file number started at 927 and the folder at 150_FUJI. Just got an "open box" x-pro3 and tried to check the shutter count at but it only shows 5 which is the same amount of pictures I took. ![]()
